Is not necessary to have any nautical qualifications to enjoy our activities.

We facilitate to you the whole material and necessary equipment for the practice of our activities:

Harness
And more

The whole necessary equipment and material are included in the price of the activities.

To live through a more comfortable experience, we recommend to you to bring:

Comfortable clothes
Swimsuit
Towel
Sun screen

INSURANCE

Your experience is absolutely insured (it is included in the total price).

Obligatory Insurance of Civil Liability, according to the R.D. 607/99
Obligatory Insurance for Passengers, according to the R.D. 1575/1989.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IT IS NOT ALLOWED CANCELLATIONS, IF NOT PRESENTED IN THE DATE AND TIME DISPLAYED TO LOSE THE RIGHT TO ENJOY THE ACTIVITY IN SUBSEQUENT DATES.

To dates changes, they must be notified prior notice 48 hours in advance. The assignment of a new reservation date is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION by weather

When the weather conditions are not optimal for the activity of parascending, the customer will be offered other activity enjoyment of equal or greater amount to the subscriber on the reservation. The amount will be refunded, only exceptionally when weather conditions do not allow other activity.
